Vari is distributed in New Zealand by Modowest Ltd and reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.

1. Payment of Goods

Vari products available for purchase can be ordered via our website 24/7. We accept payment via credit card using the Stripe payment gateway on our Shopify ecommerce platform. . All items are to be paid for in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise arranged.

Payment via Internet Banking using POLI Payments.

We have taken all reasonable measures to represent all items as accurately as possible.

3. Returns

Thanks to our risk free 30-day guarantee, you may return any VARIDESK product for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. This does not include ex-lease or refurbished products. Please view our 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE page for more information on our returns policy or call us on 07 282 8994 for more information.

To be eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee we require the goods to be returned in ‘like new’ condition in the original packaging. If you do not retain the original Varidesk packaging, we will be unable to accept a return.

No refunds are available after the 30 day risk free period.

The date of the 30 day risk free period starts on the date of the delivery.

Your money will be refunded in full to your credit card. This usually takes 5-7 working days upon return receipt of your Vari product. Customers who have paid via direct debit will receive a refund into their nominated bank account.

4. Warranty

Vari come with a limited, one-year product warranty from the date of purchase through www.vari.co.nz.

Customers who have issues with the product should initially either call us on 07 282 8994 or email a friendly Varidesk Customer Service Team at contact@vari.co.nz

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery so that we can try to remedy the problem as quickly as possible. This will usually include the item being replaced or a full refund being offered once the faulty item has been returned.

5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will never disclose any of your personal information to anyone else, unless specifically requested by you. We will always take reasonable care to ensure that the personal details we collect from you are secure.

Personal information we collect from you will only be used to ship your purchases, to reply to a specific enquiry or to send you product offers.

Vari implements Google Analytics features that use Display Advertising information for Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting.
You are able to opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and time, to prevent your data from being used by Google Analytics, just go to the Google Analytics opt-out page.

Vari along with third-party vendors (including Google), use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) to report how your ad impressions, other uses of ad services, and interactions with these ad impressions and ad services are related to visits to our website. All prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars. Vari reserves the right to modify pricing at any time and without prior notice.
