30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEEWe want you to love your Varidesk or Vari products as much as we do. That is why we offer the30-Day-Risk-Free Returns Policy. This enables you to try our solutions in your space. If you don't love your product, let us know, and we'll arrange for pick up from your home or office.
We will cover all the shipping costs and assist with the collection of your desk. If you are in a remote or rural location, we may need you to take your desk to a central point.
Please read our terms and conditions carefully so we can proceed with your request as quickly as possible.
- Your desk must be in like-new condition.
- All returns must be sent back to us in the original packaging provided.
- You have 30 days from your order date to request your return. Your desk must then be returned within 14 days.
- Please provide proof of purchase, order number or details for us to find your proof of purchase.
- Returns outside the 30-day window may be accepted at our discretion.
- 30-day money-back guarantee is only available for products purchased through Varidesk NZ – vari.co.nz
- All returns must be returned to Varidesk NZ.

If you would like to exchange one desk or Vari product for another, please return the original product with the 30 days terms and conditions and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original product in accordance with our usual returns policy.
If your desk is defective or damaged, please contact us for an exchange.
Once your desk is returned and checked, we will send you an email to notify your refund is being processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
